'Annabel Lee' is my favorite Edgar Allan Poe poem and one of my poems of all-time. This picture goes with it so beautifully.... There are not enough words to express how much I love this right now! *sigh*
You captured the mood perfectly.

Great interpretation of the poem. I especially love the clothing and the scene outside the window.

i just now found this image, but i had a dream EXACTLY like it not two weeks ago. down to the high shore walls with a populated city and a girl by a window in a worn down house. o_O this is weirding me out. Also! you were able to make it, and i'm still having trouble XD so congrats! it's beautiful and so nice to see it drawn out.

Definitely the look of one reminiscing about a past that seemed like a life time ago...
